Plan Investment and Advisory Analyst

 

Envoy Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Investment & Advisory Analyst for our Advisory department.

For almost three decades, Envoy has solely focused on the unique retirement needs of churches, missionaries, and other faith-based organizations. Located in Colorado Springs, CO, Envoy provides retirement plans, TPA/Recordkeeping and unique Customer Care to participants in all 50 states and 60+ countries around the world.

The Plan Investment and Advisory Analyst plays a key role to ensure that all retirement plans meet the goals and objectives of the organizations we serve. The ideal candidate has substantial financial industry experience as it relates to fund selection and asset management programs.

Job Description

Reporting to the Executive team, the Plan Investment and Advisory Analyst is responsible for investment monitoring, analysis, and reporting for retirement plans that Envoy administers. In addition, the analyst is responsible for oversight of asset management programs implemented for plan participants including proprietary models or portfolios. Lastly, the job requires working with Envoy’s Retirement Plan Oversight Committee and Investment Committee.

Essential Functions

Investment oversight, reporting, and investor communications for the retirement plans for our Plan Sponsors.

Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in fund selection
  • 3 years financial experience3 years financial experience ideally in the retirement sector
  • Experience with investment modeling and delivery administration
  • Must have active securities licenses
