Envoy Financial, the leading Church and Ministry Retirement Plan organization, is seeking a Retirement Planning Advisor in support of our client base.

For almost three decades, Envoy has solely focused on the unique retirement needs of churches, missionaries, and other faith-based organizations. Located in Colorado Springs, CO, Envoy provides retirement plans, TPA/Recordkeeping and unique Customer Care to participants in all 50 states and 60+ countries around the world.

The Retirement Planning Advisor provides retirement education and investment assistance to retirement plan enrollees and existing participants. In addition to the enrollment support, the Retirement Planning Advisor supports the retirement planning, education, investment consolidation, and portfolio diversification process. Because of our unique service model, and with the support of technology, the Retirement Planning Advisor will spend most of their time doing one-on-one support to plan participants worldwide.

Job Description

A. Essential Functions

Effectively educate plan participants and enrollees as to the options available through their plan and/or other avenues in support of the participants Future-Funded Ministry

B. Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Must possess active and appropriate licenses (Series 65)

  • Must have a passion to serve this unique community of clients

  • The best people doing this job are strong, team-players, self-starters, Retirement Planning Representative professionals that possess strong sales skills and the ability to be an effective member of a team in a growing organization

  • Will be in full agreement with Envoy’s Statement of Faith;

  • Able to align and support the markets and organizations we serve

Position Type: Full Time or Part Time positions available
Pay Type: Retirement Planning Advisor
Location: Colorado Springs, CO but will consider other areas working from home
Benefits: Eligible for Full Time positions
Pay Scale: Commensurate with Experience within established range
