Leanne Burgess

Leanne Burgess is the Senior Manager of TPA and Recordkeeping at Envoy Financial, bringing nearly five years of experience in the retirement services industry. Leanne combines analytical expertise with a strong foundation in recordkeeping operations and TPA compliance to deliver accurate, reliable results for retirement plan clients.

In her role, Leanne focuses on maintaining high standards of compliance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting effective administration of retirement plans. Leanne is currently pursuing the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation to further deepen her expertise and better serve plan sponsors.

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring the outdoors, and hosting family game nights. Her faith plays a central role in guiding her personal and professional life.
